Building Accessibility Excellence (BAE) Program
The BAE Program is an innovative program being offered by People Access, a division of Excellence Canada. AM FM Consulting Group Inc. has been retained to manage this new program in the accessibility industry.

BAEA Certification Program
This valuable certificate program equips individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform the highest quality facility audits based upon best practices in creating accessible built environments for people with disabilities.
Program graduates are certified by Excellence Canada as Building Accessibility Excellence Assessors (BAEA), attesting to a professional and consistent approach to building audits by following the Excellence Canada methodology.

AccessPATH Software
AccessPATH software is based on the latest version of the draft ABES legislation. The software will be updated as amendments to the legislation are known at no extra charge.
Updated reports can be generated to determine gaps and/or additional deficiencies. A license allows for unlimited users and storage space.
License fee based per building.
Accessibility Audits
Our accessibility audits are based on the latest version of the draft ABES legislation. We have seasoned building professionals that have been accredited through Excellence Canada’s Building Accessibility Excellence Certification Program that will conduct the accessibility audits. Our auditors are familiar with the Ontario Building Code, AODA and the draft ABES legislation.
Our audit fee includes the site review, completion of People Access data collection forms, draft report for each building with or without the software.
Training
Training is available for managers and front line staff on all aspects of the AODA legislation including customer service, policy and procedures development, integrated regulations and the draft built environment standards and our software.

Building Accessibility Excellence Management Session (BE22)
1/2 Day Session

Overview
The BE Management program is designed for non-building professionals who are interested in learning about building accessibility audits and how to analyze and use and relay the information about their buildings accessibility needs. The BE Management program will introduce participants to the Accessible Built Environment Standards (ABES) Final Proposed Standard. This is a new emerging standard that is part of the AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act). This Standard lays out specifications that building owners will need to follow to ensure their buildings are accessible to the public. During the 2 hour course the BE Program will give an overview of what is involved in an accessibility audit and will explain how these findings can be used to enhance your accessibility plans.

AccessPATH Building Accessibility Software Training (BE23)

Overview
The ABES software is a powerful tool for tracking and determining if your building is compliance with the Built Environment Standard. The software has the customer path draft ABES checklist. In this workshop we will teach you how to use the ABES Software and navigate you through all the features of the software. You will become familiar with the basic program operations and learn how to enter accessibility measurement information into the software and produce a gap analysis report.
